4. When calibrating the knife, when the upper knife is lowered and the distance between the lower knife and the lower knife is 2~3mm, the upper knife rest should be locked, and the upper knife rest should be aligned with the middle of the lower knife edge groove, so as to prevent the upper knife edge from touching the lower knife. When calibrating the knife, be sure to lock the upper knife rest to avoid loosening the upper knife rest, causing the knife to jump during cutting.
5. Note: The machine should be grounded before use to prevent electric shock.

Daily maintenance of automatic cardboard slitting machine:

1. Refuel the oil hole of the screw rod once a day, and remove foreign matter, dust, and oil from the screw rod, blade, tool holder, tool holder, and sliding guide post.
2. Regularly add lubricating oil to the transmission chain and gear every half a month, and check the screws to prevent loosening and damage to the machine.
3. The automatic slitting machine needs to check whether the chain and transmission belt are loose every month.
4. When the laminating and pulling paper rollers are not working, they should be raised to a high position and not pressed on the active rubber rollers to avoid deformation. When cleaning the paper-drawing and laminating rubber rollers, use a neutral detergent to clean them, and do not scrub them with gasoline or pine perfume to prevent premature aging.
5. When not working, wipe the surface of the machine with a towel or soft cloth to keep the machine clean and clean.
