SLZ-928B Automatic Grooving Machine Performance：
- Dedicated conveyor belt for deliver the waste material out of the machine automatically,save labor,improve output.
- Equipped with Saili special automatic blade sharpener .
- Equipped with 12 sets of grooving knife ,each knife head can be adjustment independently ,so as to adjust the grooving angle easily. 2 girders can be assembled with 3 rows of grooving knives, first girder can be hung up and down knives, 3 rows of knives can work at the same time, there is no requirement for grooving spacing.
- The grooving knife is equipped with magnetic grating position system ,help to left and right positioning.
- The finished board can be automatic delivery to the receiving table by slant conveyor belts .
- The feeding section with vacuum adsorption, favourable sheet feeding.
- The grooving accuracy can be upto ±0.05mm when it work with thin paper .
- The core part of drum is made of seamless steel,polished,chrome plated,aging treatment,precipitation,so it is not only very round,the beating accuracy is up to 0.03mm,high durability,long life,the grooving accuracy is +/-0.05mm .
- Brand electrical appliances, aluminum rectifying strip, cast iron structure beam to help the machine durable.
