1、Start-up inspection

2、Starting operation

According to the production order and production process requirements, set the slitting machine roll length and tension.

2.2 Introduce the cloth head to the slitter according to the requirements of the cloth.

2.3 Adjust the slitting knife according to the production order requirements.

2.4 Set the paper management according to the knife size and push the winding air expansion shaft into the work station.

2.5 After clamping the air expansion shaft, open the slitter slowly pull out the lifting head, slitting knife into the knife, wait for the slitting mouth through the paper tube

Stop the slitting machine, cut the knife to cut off the head cloth, the paper tube, gas expansion shaft inflation and the head of the cloth into the winding gas expansion shaft.
